Dick De Lange
Dick de Lange is Managing Director and Global Head of Planning at Huge.
He leads a tight and diverse pack of 30+ planners and is responsible for establishing and executing the overarching vision for the discipline both internally and externally. De Lange runs the team charged with building, and executing the strategies for clients that create a unified brand experience across everything a brand says, does and delivers.
Dick has extensive experience in defining and activating brand stories that create lasting value and an unfair business advantage. His career has spanned three continents and a variety of brands, including the US Navy, Nike, Samsung, McDonald’s, Volkswagen, Lexus, State Farm, Sony, Unilever, MillerCoors and Dell. He has served in strategic leadership roles at WWP’s JWT in New York, Omnicom’s DDB, and Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi, in the United States, Australia and the Netherlands. Before joining Huge, Dick served as Chief Strategy Officer of North America at Y&R.
